Huddly says the Huddly Crew and its AI Director turn UCC meetings into 3-camera Hollywood-like TV shoots. Using speaker tracking experience that identifies the primary speaker and ensures the cameras remain focused on them throughout the meeting, the system will auto-switch between all the other meeting participants automatically based on voice and genres in a meeting. In the event of interjections, Huddly says the system switches to an overview shot while maintaining the speaker’s visibility, and transitions to a new primary speaker if needed.

Huddly says it’s introducing the ability to select different modes on Huddly Crew, directly addressing customers’ need for adaptability across diverse spaces and scenarios. In 2024, Crew is being integrated in its full-camera lineup and the feature known as “Speaker mode” will be available in Q2 2024 for all new and existing Huddly Crew users. Huddly Crew is available for an MSRP of $9,450.

Huddly says some of the future kits will specify Shure Mic and Crestron Flex systems – both tightly integrated with Huddly Crew.
