Happy New Year, #AVtweeps! I’ve spoken before about how I’m not big on New Year’s resolutions. Sometimes, it seems like I’m setting a ton of impossible goals just to fail to meet all of them. So, this year, I think my goals are going to be simple and attainable. Perhaps I won’t read 100 books in a year, but I can set a goal to read and enjoy as many books as I can. Perhaps I won’t become the most organized person at rAVe, but I can set a goal to be more organized. What do you think about New Year’s resolutions? Do you have any good ones you’d like to share?

Food for thought during this year that is sure to be a big one for our industry. ISE always sets the scene for the year, and I can’t wait to get back to Barcelona and see the technology that will set all the 2024 trends. + Optimism for Enterprise AV as Companies Seek to Strengthen Office Value [rAVe Team]

A new report from Futuresource Consulting shows that corporate AV budgets were squeezed during 2022 and into 2023, and the situation was exacerbated by chipset price hikes and supply chain disruption. Coupled with widespread redundancies across the tech sector, tough market conditions characterised the first half of 2023. However, the specialist research firm has identified the beginnings of an upsurge, with volume and value growth forecasts across a range of collaboration devices.
