SME pricing model
Previously Video Window has been targeted at large enterprise customers only, but due to popular demand Video Window is now launching a lower-cost SME pricing model for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.
With reduced cost of just $60 per month, per office device and $15 per month, per remote user for use up to 12 hours per day, 5 days per week. With no minimum commitments and paid via credit card month-to-month.
Enterprise customers still benefit from unlimited 24/7 use, unlimited free remote users and all features included for no additional cost, invoiced annually.
Both SME and Enterprise options can be purchased either directly from Video Window, or via 100+ trusted reseller partners worldwide.
The new pricing SME pricing model is listed on the website here https://videowindow.com/pricing-and-free-trial/
Daryl Hutchings, CEO of Video Window states “Hybrid working is here to stay and we are really excited to open the Video Window pricing models that make our product affordable to every and any company in the world, giving flexibility for organisations to choose the right plan for their needs.”
New features
Web browser
It’s incredible seeing into other office spaces, but sometimes customers may want to use a Video Window device to browse the web too, whether it be the open web or to present a specific web page like a dashboard or corporate social media feed.
With Video Window’s new browser feature a customer can configure multiple browser buttons to be present on the device to access these pages and configure them to be side-by-side, overlayed or replacing the Video Window feed.
Digital signage
When Video Window isn’t actively being used for audio it can be configured for digital signage for the customers content to be delivered to that device. Fantastic for corporate messaging that customers want to deliver to people in the physical spaces, but also to engage this content with remote users too.
External meetings
We’ve built an external video dialer into Video Window that lets customers easily leave Window mode to make a video call to an external video conferencing service.
This means customers can use the same Video Window device to use for their Microsoft Teams meetings, Zoom meetings, Google Meet meetings and Webex meetings without having to leave the Video Window application. When the external meeting service ends, the device automatically connects back to its Video Window group.
ISE 2024 Barcelona iiyama partnership
To showcase these new innovations, Video Window has partnered with display manufacturer iiyama for Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) which will take place on Tuesday 30th 2024 to Friday 2nd February 2024 in Barcelona and will be present on the iiyama booth 3R200 in hall 3.
The models used for the demonstration will be iiyama’s 55” TF5539AS and 27” TF2738MSC-B2 touch displays with UC CAM120ULB-1 webcam, speaker and microphone.
Lewis Clifford, sales and marketing manager for iiyama professional displays states: “We’re extremely excited at iiyama to progress our partnership with Video Window and bring the art of the possible to all of our customers at ISE by demonstrating this truly amazing version of extending the physical space and connection between global locations. It’s always such fun to show how iiyama displays are used in such a wide multitude of applications at ISE and this collaboration with Video Window is a must see!”
In addition to demonstrating the new Video Window features, the team will also be holding NDA sessions with customers and partners at ISE about a brand-new upcoming product specifically designed for retail, transport (e.g. train stations, airports), reception desks, IT helpdesks and coworking spaces.
