Vestel debuted the VHuddle Pro meeting room solution for maximizing the digital workplace experience. VHuddle Pro is a value-added bundled solution made up of the VHuddle Pro software, the Vestel IFM 4K HDR Interactive Display with plug-in Windows 10 OPS PC module and a 4K webcam.

VHuddle Pro enables a range of apps to be pre-selected and then categorized in the relevant tabs, including Screen share, Web conference, Notes, Files and Browser. These are stored in the Compact Apps Tool bar for ease of navigation. All settings are designed to be pre-configured by IT departments to keep computer networks secure and the user experience uniform, but flexibility is built in to suit different styles of collaboration. For example, teams can select up to three digital whiteboard apps to be pre-selected for the “Notes” tab, allowing the simultaneous use of OneNote, Microsoft Ink Workspace and Microsoft Whiteboard.

To cut down administrative and organizational tasks around collaboration, Vestel says meetings can be scheduled quickly using the calendar, and rooms booked in an instant using the “Book the Room” tab. Scheduled videoconferences are designed to appear in the calendar view, offering a one-click or touch “Start” option for extra time-saving convenience. Designed in 55-inch, 65-inch, 75-inch and 86-inch screen sizes, the series is an engaging interactive multimedia hub that offers sharp 4K HDR imagery and 4K HDR videos at 60fps.

A ten-point touch IR interactive overlay with anti-glare super-smooth finish drives more inclusive collaboration, while the Quick Palette Launcher enables team members to have one-tap access to the pen, highlighter, screen capture and screen crop tools. Additional features include a dual pen that can offer two alternatively sized tips and auto-color recognition as well as a handwriting-to-digital text conversion function.
