Resimercial has certainly been a favorite buzzword this year. It’s been right up there with the hybrid workplace, workforce, worker and office. I’m just as tired of hearing all the words and phrases as you are — but they’re here for a reason. Something that struck me this past year is that since the waters of integration are getting a little murky — whose job is it to spec a home office? A CI since it’s in a house?
