Mark Coxon’s latest article discusses the idea of flow. Do remote meetings have this? I will be the first to agree that different work styles work for different people. Some people have worked from home for 10+ years and love that. Others prefer going into the office each day. Me? I love being hybrid. In my line of work (sometimes collaboration and having to think of something clever and sometimes going into what I refer to as the “editor cave”), I need to be surrounded by other people and their ideas, or I need to be surrounded by nothing.
