Although a digital signage client/customer is quite different from those in other areas of AV, all AV clients can be boiled down to one universal truth: They want your solution to improve their lives. Whether you improve it in a small or giant way, it’s still up to you to come up with something that does this in at least some form or fashion. This is, as Nathan Haynes describes it, known as the experience economy. It’s more than just selling boxes and solutions — and your clients don’t care about that.
